Information reaches AromaMotor in two ways. Some of it is provided directly, through a quote request, an account signup or a message sent from the contact page. The rest is gathered automatically by the systems that serve the site.
Providing information is voluntary. Choosing not to provide certain details may limit the ability to respond to a request in a useful way.
Information is used to respond to what was asked and to keep the site working properly. That includes preparing coverage comparisons, answering questions about an existing policy and maintaining an account once it has been created.
Consent to receive text messages is optional and is collected separately for service messages and for marketing messages. Consent for one does not create consent for the other, and neither is a condition of requesting a quote.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP to any message opts out of further messages of that type, and replying HELP requests assistance. Opting out of marketing messages does not remove the ability to receive service messages related to an active request.

Essential cookies support basic navigation and account access. Analytics cookies support measurement of traffic patterns in a form that does not identify an individual visitor.

This site is intended for adults of driving age and is not directed at children. Personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under the age of eighteen. If information belonging to a minor has been submitted, a request to remove it can be sent using the contact details below and the record will be deleted.
Some pages may link to sites operated by other parties, including insurance carriers and reference resources. Those sites follow their own privacy practices, which are not covered by this policy. Reviewing the privacy terms of any external site before submitting information there is strongly encouraged.
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in practice, technology or legal requirements. The effective date at the top of the page shows when the current version took effect. Continued use of the site after an update indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
